These Terms of Service govern your use of the CLEMSEN online store and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

ONLINE STORE

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site’s operation or security, misuse our services, or use the store in a way that violates applicable law.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizing, colours, materials, and images accurately. Screen settings and normal production variations may cause minor differences.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges are calculated or displayed before the order is completed. Payment is subject to successful authorization.

ORDERS

Orders are processed subject to applicable law. We may take reasonable steps to verify payment, prevent fraud, or correct customer-provided information when necessary. If an order cannot lawfully be completed after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the policies published on this site and by any mandatory rights that apply under consumer-protection law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The CLEMSEN name, logos, designs, graphics, product artwork, website content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to CLEMSEN and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission except as permitted by law.

Our store uses third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics services, and other technology providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to services they provide.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLEMSEN is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on where you live.
