CLEMSEN currently offers free standard shipping in Canada on eligible orders with a subtotal of $100 CAD or more. For orders below that threshold, available rates are shown at checkout.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Our apparel is fulfilled after your order is placed. Production and delivery time can vary by product, destination, carrier, and shipping method. For Canadian orders, a practical planning range is approximately 7–21 business days from order placement, although some orders may arrive sooner and occasional delays can occur.
Where available, more specific shipping options and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Carrier scans can take some time to appear after dispatch.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please review your shipping information carefully before checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@clemsen.ca as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.
DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order appears unusually delayed, arrives damaged, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the situation and work with you on the appropriate next step.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If shipping is available for your destination, the available method and price will be shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply unless checkout states otherwise.
